Round 2 Plains Rally, our own event within the overall event and Micks woodyard too, classic Welsh stages and a Barn Party afterwards, Again very close battles with leads swapping all the time, brilliant sideways action thru’ the woodyard, the 205/BMWs got massive cheers

Round 3 Rally of Midlands 2 days, again big battles, with dan Corner, Jamie Edwards and Russ all scrapping, Mallory saw awesome Foxy drifting, with Felgate retiring, Davo and Toni battled to bring it back to Foxy, Dewi and andy Chalmers were in a huge battle, Scooby Max, won Star of the Rally for biggest ever skids in the 205, Damien Smith continued to shine despite damaging every corner of the car!!

Round 4 was Swansea Bay, again our own rally, 6 stages, very slippy being first on the road, again a huge battle between Russ and Dan, Dewi and Andy Chalmers, while the top 5 BMWs Stanny, Richie, Toni, Foxy and Davo scrapped and swapped all day. Brilliant stages, great to watch thru’ Walters, after I finished as Course Car.Plus a brilliant night out on the famous Wind St Challenge party.

Round 5 is the Lindisfarne on Otterburn,
The Rally was ran in fine weather, the BMW/205 boys attacked from the start, Davo led just from Foxy, Toni and Felgate. Russ Thompson caught a Subaru on ss1, but went off trying to pass him, Damien smith was on fire leading the 205s from mart Auskerin, ben Cressey and Adam Laurence were locked in the 1400 battle, Adam’s diff cried enough on ss9, leaving Ben a worthy winner, Despite Russ attacking all day Damien held a good lead till a slight off on the penultimate stage laft him stuck in a bog, gutted!!, Martin Auskerin then took the 205 win his first!! Foxy attacked after Davo, but holed the sump on SS4, Toni had electrical problems losing 2 mins, Richie Felgate broke the X-member on a big yump, Davo cruised the last stage for a win.

Round 6 is the KallKwik rally day one of the legendary RAC rally on Olivers Mount, Langdale etc, 2008 Champion mat Smith returns for this rally, The BMWs and 1400s will no doubt be decided here.Wait and see,the format changes from last year making a more compact route in North Yorkshire
