What Pat said ....

Very wet weather greeted the 62 crews in Lincolnshire.

Straight on the pace, was Warren Fairbairn/Derek Miller, while top 205 was Andy Davison/Dan Mayo, again these crews were showing the many powerful 2wd entries the way home.

Kris/Ella were again pushing the Stobart car up front, while Dan Corner/James Greenwood were flying too. Geno Cook/Mark Mason were stunning in the 205 pushing really hard, with lloyd/Williams again up there.

In the BMWs Warren was unstoppable, but Ciro was again in touch [this time with Tim Young on maps] , while Littlewood was on the pace too.
Toni/Sam had a big off in the BMW fortunately both ok, but wrecking the front suspension and sill.

Also off were BMW newcomers John Hudson/ they survived to tell the tale too. Mike Rodel/Nigel banks had the biggest fastest moment I have seen before taking a top 6 intermediate.

Richard knott/Phil Wilkinson were flying to get an overall top 10 in the BMW, Chris Woodward [205]finally got his form back to take a top 10.

In the 1400s Baker/Briggs were leading the pack, Andy Chalmers was extremely fast but problems dropped him and Hazel down the leaderboard.

Tim Bevan/Chris Fellows belied their lack of experience with a fantastic beginners 205 win, While Christine/Ian Winstanley again notched up 2nd Beginners points.

Kris Hall/Ella Flynn had a big accident on the final stage which blocked the track, with only 2 times posted, organisers declared results final on previous stage, Warren Fairbairn/Derek miller taking a fabulous overall win.

Kris/Ella were lying 4th overall, again both were luckily OK.

Great rally well organised by Sheffield & H, MC
